Role & Responsibilities

Servicing the needs of the customers i.e. obtaining orders, establishing new customers, architects, developers, and organizing daily work schedule to follow up and retaining existing or new clients.
Keep up to date knowledge of the products.
Management information by submitting daily activity reports and, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly.
Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
Search for new client leads.
Manage relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

Skill Sets Expected

Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Excellent sales skills, Initiative and enthusiasm, Good planning and organizational skills, The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Experience of minimum 5 years in project Sales of uPVC/Aluminium doors and windows .Well
connected with the developer base in the base state/location.
Understanding of the technicalities of Upvc doors and windows and preferred if knows aluminium
section as well .Experience in B2B Sales.
